Luna Whale Art Lab serves children as part of our art education mission. For users under 14 years of age, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent before collecting personal information. We minimize data collection for minors to only what is necessary for class participation and gallery features.
7. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 1 year after account deletion
- Payment Records: Retained for 5 years as required by tax and commercial law
- Usage Logs: Retained for 6 months for service improvement, then anonymized
- User Content (Artwork): Retained until you delete it or request deletion. Backup copies are removed within 30 days
