어떤 폴더에 접근하나요?

Mac App Store 버전은 사용자가 폴더 선택 화면에서 허용하거나 드래그하여 전달한 파일과 폴더를 관리합니다. macOS의 추가 접근 허용이 필요할 수 있습니다.

파일을 외부에서 끌어오면 원본이 사라지나요?

허용된 폴더 밖에서 끌어온 파일은 원본을 유지하는 복사 방식으로 가져옵니다.

권한을 다시 허용하려면 어떻게 하나요?

앱에서 폴더 선택 기능을 열어 해당 폴더를 다시 선택하세요. 권한이 없는 시스템 보호 위치는 열리지 않을 수 있습니다.

문제 해결

  1. 앱을 최신 버전으로 업데이트한 뒤 다시 열어 보세요.
  2. 문제가 있는 폴더가 이동·이름 변경·외장 디스크 분리 상태인지 확인하세요.
  3. 다시 허용한 뒤에도 문제가 계속되면 지원 이메일로 알려 주세요.

Whale Folder Support

Whale Folder is a macOS file manager for browsing and organizing files in folders you choose. It supports macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon and Intel, with an interface available in 39 languages, including English, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese.

Contact support

Email skyclover777@gmail.com with the app version, macOS version, what you were doing, and the error message. If you attach a screenshot, hide personal file names and other private information. Never send passwords or private documents.

Folder access

The Mac App Store version manages files and folders you authorize through the folder picker or provide by drag and drop. macOS may request additional permission. To restore access, use the app’s folder picker and select the folder again. Reconnect external drives and check whether the folder has moved or been renamed.

Transfers and deleted files

Files dragged in from outside an authorized location are imported by copying, so the source is preserved. Check the operation shown before confirming a move or deletion. Keep backups of important files; permanent deletion cannot be undone in the app.

Troubleshooting

  1. Install an available app update and reopen the app.
  2. Check that the source and destination are accessible and that external drives are connected.
  3. If the problem continues after selecting the folder again, contact support.
